Quick review: The food is pretty cheap but quite delicious. The menu has nice variations compared to other places in town. They are open to vegetarian adaptions, but if you are vegan/veggie stay away from the refried beans, they are indeed non-veggie. That said, they'll substitute plain beans in any recipe. They follow a more a la carte menu style - even chips and salsa must be purchased. Still, the cheap prices made for a very filling and varied $20 meal. My only qualm - the reliance on plastic disposables. Given they are just getting started, I can understand the trade-off between throwaways vs. the whole dishwashing regime, but still, I hope as time goes on they move in this direction. Given the steady stream of customers on their third night of business, I can see some capital improvements coming their way before too long.
